What employee data does wyrd use – and how is it protected?

Effective employee and team development requires sharing information – but only what's truly necessary. We take data privacy, transparency, and everyone's comfort seriously. That’s why we collect only minimal, relevant data, clearly indicate in the app what's being shared, and always leave optional disclosures up to each employee. How does wyrd work alongside professional coaching?
